Most people who come to me have already tried to figure it out – courses, workshops, therapy. Some are coaches or therapists themselves.
That's where this work is different. Shadow work goes beneath the surface. Not analysis. Not just insight. Direct contact with what's been running you.
This is why our sessions are longer than conventional therapy. Not because more hours means more value – but because deep inner work can't be rushed. Real transformation doesn't happen on a clock. It needs space to breathe, move, and land.
Recommended for your first session. This extended format gives us the time to go deep – mapping your inner world, working directly with what's present, and moving into embodiment work to reset the nervous system for future ways of being.
For anyone who's done with circling the same patterns and are ready to create real, lasting change.
Over six months we work together in a structured rhythm that creates momentum, accountability, and deep transformation – creating a fundamental shift in how you see yourself, show up in relationships, and move through the world.

I work on a sliding scale of £80–£150 per hour. I trust you to choose the rate that's right for your situation. Full-Day Immersions are priced separately to reflect travel, preparation and the exclusivity of the offering.
Also available as standalone follow-up sessions for men continuing the work after their initial 5-hour session or 1 Day Immersion. From £160 (sliding scale). Get in touch to explore which option is right for you.
We'll have an intro call before your session to make sure you feel prepared – I'll share what to expect and answer any questions you have. After booking you'll receive a short confidential form to help me understand what you're bringing to the work. There's nothing you need to do to get ready other than make a commitment to yourself to show up honestly.
We start by checking in – what's most present for you, what you're carrying, what you want to work with. From there the session unfolds organically. We may explore specific patterns or relationships, work with parts of you or inner dynamics that may be in conflict, or move into deeper embodiment processes when the work calls for it.
You set the pace throughout. I'll hold the space, guide the process, and stay close to what's real for you – but you decide what we explore and how deep we go. There's no agenda, and nothing is forced. The work goes where it needs to go – all healing has its time.
Deep work lands differently in different men. Some feel an immediate sense of clarity, joy or lightness. Others feel emotionally raw or tender, or simply tired. These are all entirely normal when we make big changes to our inner world. In the days that follow you may notice shifts in how you feel, think, or respond to situations.
Integration is where the work takes hold. I'll provide guidance on how to support yourself in the days after the session, and follow-up support is available if anything needs holding between sessions. The work doesn't end when you walk out the door.
In-Person (Brighton, UK)
Sessions take place in a private, comfortable space in Brighton designed specifically for deep work.
The Blue Room
Woodingdean
Brighton, BN2 6AF
In-person sessions allow for deeper embodied work and are strongly recommended for the 5-hour deep dive.
Online (Worldwide)
Online sessions via Zoom work well for follow-up sessions and for those based outside Brighton who are already familiar with Shadow Work.
You'll need a private space where you won't be interrupted, a stable internet connection, and ideally headphones for better audio quality.
Shadow work isn't for people looking for a quick fix. The 5-hour format allows us to move beyond surface-level insights into the realm of genuine transformation. Deep inner work needs time to unfold - time to explore what's hidden, feel what's been suppressed, understand dynamics and patterns, and then work with and integrate what emerges. This extended format creates the safety and spaciousness that's needed for this to happen.
Shadow work is powerful if you're repeating patterns, feel stuck despite understanding your issues intellectually, struggle in relationships, or sense there's more to you than you're currently expressing. Book a free discovery call and we can explore whether this approach fits your needs.
Not at all. Shadow work is accessible whether you've done years of therapy or none at all. Some people come to shadow work after therapy has given them valuable insights, but they're still stuck in the same patterns. Others come fresh, ready to explore their inner world for the first time. What matters isn't your therapeutic history - it's your readiness to meet yourself with openness and curiosity.
Some people experience profound shifts in a single session. Others work with me over a longer period of time. There's no set prescription. After your first session, we'll both have a sense of whether ongoing work would serve you.
No. While I work primarily with men, I also work with women who resonate with this approach and want to understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns shaping their lives more deeply.
At its heart, shadow work is about becoming more conscious of the parts of ourselves we've learned to hide, suppress, or disconnect from. While much of my work focuses specifically on men's experiences, many of the underlying patterns and themes are universal.
